OystersOur Oysters are supplied by world renowned Kelly Oysters of Galway.
Nestled between the Burren Mountains to the South and Connemara to the North, Kelly's farm is located at Killeenaran, a small beautiful inlet of Galway Bay, where the clean, clear waters provide ideal conditions for growing some of the best flavoured oysters and shellfish in the world. It is the combination of the Wild Atlantic Ocean and the fresh water from the surrounding rivers that gives their oysters a unique taste.
