Bronze Medal for Ballyvaughan at National Tidy Town Awards
30 September 2019Monks Ballyvaughan is delighted to announce that our beautiful little town of Ballyvaughan received a Bronze Medal at the National Tidy Towns Awards today.
We are delighted that the hard work and efforts by the locals to clean, prune, plant and sow have been recognised. Without their dedication our village would not be as beautiful a place to live, work and visit.
Monk’s (at Ballyvaughan Pier) looks really well. Modern signage sits alongside the now vintage plastic Guinness sign. A subtle little bit of stonework and planting at the front makes this already place to sit. The adjudicator couldn’t but several others could and did.
